Qualifications
•Maintain a valid driver’s license & clean driving record in accordance with federal, state, & company standards
•Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
•Minimum Class D driver’s license as well as a Class M (motorcycle)
•Ability to read & identify part numbers that are both numeric or alpha-numeric
•Communicate well in both written & verbal form
•Capable of managing time effectively & multi-tasking as necessary
•Ability to work independently or as part of a team
•Maintain a reliable attendance record
•Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug test
•Positive, “CAN DO” attitude
•Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
•Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs
•Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Responsibilities
- The Shop Driver is responsible for ensuring our products are picked up and dropped off in a safe and timely manner
- This role requires the ability to deliver excellent customer service as this role is at times the only Bagger Nation associate our customers see in person
- Driver duties also include but are not limited to: loading & unloading product orders, stocking & storing warehouse inventory, & fulfilling purchase orders as necessary while ensuring accuracy & timeliness of all job functions
- Punctuality & consistent attendance are a MUST
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure the accuracy of any project required
- Stock and pick parts for orders at the assigned location when required
- Communicate concerns & job-related issues to our General Manager or immediate supervisor
- Adhere to all traffic laws, and regulations.

CNC MACHINIST
OPERATOR

Job Description
CNC 3-Axis Milling CNC Mill (Haas), transfer programs, and run R&D projects, prototypes, and production parts. Operators need to work independently to set up proven and unproven programs; load, run, and inspect parts while monitoring and adjusting processes, machine and tool conditions in a prototype shop environment
Responsibilities
- Perform machine startup, procedures, and shutdown procedures
- Perform set-up, operation, program editing, & inspection of hardware, with minimal assistance
- Monitor cutting tool wear and replace indexable inserts, shrink fit and collet held tools
- Installation of work holding devices and performing alignment procedures
- Probing and adjustment of work offsets
- Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area in accordance with machine manufacturer’s recommendations
- Prepare and verify material to be used in production
- Inspect parts to model/print tolerances and process specifications
- Review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness
- Ensure high-quality completion on all jobs
- Perform de-burr, conventional (manual) machining operations and rework
- Assist Service Manager, when requested, with documentation and updates
- Communication with customers & vendors may be required
- Notify Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known
- After a job is finished, ensure proper completion and filing of paperwork
- Keep work areas as clean as possible and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness
Experience and Education Required
- Trade school or Technical college degree/certificate with minimum 2 years of 3-axis experience OR 5 year’s applicable experience
- Experience using CAD design and CNC machining packages such as Cam Works NOT required but helpful
- Familiarity with Haas Control is a must
- Ability to run Manual Mill/Lathe preferred Skills Required
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and hands-on approach to manufacturing
- Must be able to interpret industry machine prints in accordance with ASME Y14.5
- Must be able to determine machine tool and CNC program errors
- Excellent communication skills required to interface with designers and engineers
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong focus on quality
- Display a high level of self-motivation, accountability, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, honesty, and integrity in all situations
Working Conditions
This position primarily works in a loud machine shop environment. This position is occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50lbs. May be required to stand on feet for lengthy periods of time. This position may be exposed to exhaust fumes potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning solvents as well as other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department. Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.

Job Description
You’ll be part of the warehouse team that ships custom motorcycles, parts & accessories all over the world. Our fast-paced, shipping & receiving department requires you to process orders such as merchandise, make-on-demand custom kits, process customer returns, and general fulfillment.Responsibilities
• Prepare customer orders for shipment
• Can perform the pick, pack, ship functions
• Pack shipments securely, following required specifications
• Conduct quality inspections on packaging and documentation
• Responsible for processing all parcel shipments with the designated carrier; UPS
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Sort and perform put away and restock functions in an organized fashion
• Maintain shipping supplies and organize inventory
• Go up and downstairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 30 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Assist other product departments, based on business needs
• Follows directions
• General warehousing practices; safety and organization, housekeeping and trash removal, etc.Working Conditions
