Check out our plug-and-play Stealth III CVO License Plate Frame Kit!  This kit will clean up the look of your CVO and do away with that boat-light Harley used!  The Stealth III has hidden L.E.D.s in the frame to light up your plate, and an easy H-D electrical connection for simple installation.  Your Stealth III Kit includes all necessary mounting hardware to mount on just about ANY REAR FENDER!  That’s right… The Stealth III License Plate Frame is not just for CVOs anymore!  Drill two holes in any curved fender and make it happen!  Even on an Indian!

• Cleans up the look of your CVO/TOUR Bike and does away with the ugly factory setup.
• A hidden LED strip in the frame illuminates the license plate.
• True plug-and-play direct bolt-on installation.
• Can also universally fit any curved fender by drilling two holes.

• For CVO Touring, Stock Touring, or even custom applications 2009 to Present.

NOTE: The Stealth 3 Universal DOES NOT FIT Canadian models with the larger style license plate.
