Bagger Nations Stealth III “Hand-painted” License Frame really cleans up the rear end of your 2023 CVO Street Glide & Road Glide.  Our direct bolt-on sleek license frame completely replaces your bulky, obtrusive stock unit.  Harley Davidson does a great job designing their CVO touring bikes.  However, the license plate area looks like an afterthought.  No sweat!  The Bagger Nation Stealth III CVO color-matched plate frame provides a very custom look to your 2023 CVO!  The Stealth III has hidden L.E.D.s in the frame to light up your plate and an easy H-D electrical connection for simple installation.  Your Stealth III Kit includes all necessary mounting hardware to mount on your all-new 2023 CVO Road Glide & Street Glide.
